I've been using this site for years because of its ease to register new domains or renew expired ones, also it's cheap so that you can't go wrong with buying your first one here! Not anything in particular really dislike about them but they are pricey compared their competition; not cheaper than others sites like godaddy etc., plus there hassles when trying pay online sometimes - takes too long/seems complicated (this could be my fault though) I like that they have been around for years, always know what to do when it comes time! They are very easy going about everything too; not pushy or hard sell-ing if you're unsure of something etc.. Their customer service has also improved over their many year's in business (I believe since 2005). Have had great experience with them as far back then until now - no problems at all!! Great people/team behind this brand who care deeply & want customers success.
