I bought this for my wife to house her new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (bought at the same time). The tablet is quite thin, but this increases its volume. I'm not complaining - I (and my wife) appreciate the protection this case offers. The case for her old tablet held the old one in place with working straps. This case has a plastic frame that the Tab S6 snaps into. It's like a bumper that wraps around the edge of the tablet and offers excellent protection. That's why the S6 is no longer thin. Like I said, it's not a problem for them. Five stars because the tablet fits perfectly. The inside of the lid accommodates the handle that comes with the S6 (and it attaches with a magnet so it doesn't interfere with opening or closing the lid). The outer material of the case offers additional protection for your tablet. All buttons, camera lens and other cutouts are precisely cut and perfectly positioned. Cherry on the cake: The graphics on the lid are bright, and the coloring is both subtle and nuanced.
