I like the end result, but not the way we got there. I received the item fairly quickly, however it was missing the crossbar that goes below the seat. I contacted the seller and they said they would send a new crossbar.a few days later they gave me the FedEx number for an entire new couch. Here were the issues:-Missing cross bar-Hardware was wrong with both couches. You need 5 long bolts and 6 short ones, both times I received 6 long bolts and 5 short ones with then I had to cut the long one so that it would fit the crossbar-The holes on one side of the for the armrest do not match the holes in the cushions so had to use the spare from the second couch-The armrest that did fit is all scuffed up and has some discoloration and scratches on the top.I wouldn't buy it again. The seller was responsive and I give them credit for that, but you can be responsive and still have a QA problem with your product.
