1 star because there were two shower rings on arrival and out of the box the bottom of which was broken. The other was also slightly bent, suggesting a poor weld holding the pieces together. It was only a matter of time before the others collapsed. PROS+ It's made out of real metal, as expected. + The casters worked well and kept my shower curtain from snagging on the shower rod extension. broken in well packed undamaged box. The third ring was bent - The weld that holds the bottom part where the shower insert and shower curtain are supposed to hang was too weak - the shower insert kept falling off the hook. I use a $6 shower pad weighted down with round metal grommets. When you open the shower curtain by sliding it all the way to one side of the shower rail, 3 or 4 panels will fall off the small hook. The ball at the end did not prevent the insert from slipping off the shower ring. Even if I were returning it for an intact set, the shower liner would still detach from those shower rings.
