32lb, age 20 months (they shrunk a bit when I first fitted them washed and dried). Anything under 4T fits around her waist, but of course her legs are always too long and need to be tied. So I thought, "Capri would be perfect!" and they are. I have two of each color, black and grey. Nice thick, soft stretchy cotton. They have the same problem as ALL little girl leggings. It's fine if the pants you're buying are for tall, potty-trained girls, but we all know leggings sold in kid's sizes are exactly the same. Rompers (which she won't do because they don't actually sell rompers larger than 2T) you'll always see the top of her diaper as her shirt rides up. And once she pees in her diaper once or twice, you can clearly see the bulge going down one leg, especially if she's been in a car seat or stroller. Maybe I should look for some bloomers for her. Or just wear them more often. God knows she's had enough of it, but I always worry that she'll get them dirty. Still great pants.
