OK Antenna with some problems

Antenna received without delay. Assembly was easy except the hardware was missing a screw. It's easy to replace with the one I found in my garage. A 40ft cable was included in the package (see comment below). When I connected the device to the mains with the power cord, nothing happened - the red indicator on the antenna amplifier did not light up. After troubleshooting with the VOM, I found that the power supply transformer is defective - it's not providing power to the output port. The quality control of this company should be questioned when they ship faulty transformers (generally a very reliable item). After calling the company they sent me a replacement. The exchange worked. I bought the 2020 version of this antenna. I'm not sure if that got me any extra money - the box containing the antenna and its various parts only had a label over the original designation. When connected to a TV, the reception was sufficient. I replaced the cable that came with the antenna with a good RG6 cable. The picture improved on a TV relatively close to the amplifier. I have a relatively long house (single story ranch style). So I have a long run from the amplifier to my main TV. The house is relatively old and pre-wired with RG59 cable. Analog TV worked well with this setup. However, with this digital TV setup, several main channels and most sub-channels disappear between the amplifier and the television. I can receive these stations using an indoor antenna with a short range to the TV! In general, the antenna works, but I was hoping for the best.
