Soft, breathable material with good stretch. VERY CONVENIENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I know this brand well so I ordered Medium. I'm 5'11" and 190 pounds. This shirt fits PERFECTLY! This shirt isn't overly baggy in the armpits or waist, but it doesn't fit anywhere either. This is a kind of fitted style. which is hard to find.
