Uncomfortably good for headphones

The sound is good, but they are really uncomfortable. I might as well use my kid's headphones, they're basically the same size. After about an hour of wearing it, I can't take it anymore, it feels like a hot poker is stuck in my ear. I wish they were bigger and more comfortable. I'm disappointed.
