Fits quite well The group works hard. I measure 32 inches with my tape measure and bought a 34 which is pretty tight. Glad you grew up. But it's a good support. The cups look pointed but have flattened once (looks normal). You put on a bra. Overall I would say this is definitely a high support bra but not maximum support or lockdown but total control. I still had some movement while running and still had to double up with a second sports bra to keep from shaking. I really think it's a good bra anyway and worth adding to your collection if you need good support or have large boobs that you want/want to keep reasonably still. But it's not enough on its own for real kicking motions or running etc. I love it and will use it often. With a second bra over it. But be aware that the BELT WORKS SMALL. If you measure a certain size, I personally think that you need to go up a band or even two (especially if you have wide ribs) to not feel pain around the ribs. The larger bandwidth does not work for me. Other than that I really like it and would recommend it for MOST uses. But not for a strong effect alone.
