Review on Optimizing Shipping Packages on AOBIO Compatible Platforms by Seth Gomez

This is my first thermal printer so I wasn't quite sure what to expect but it was amazing! I've been using it for a few months now and I really like it! It was incredibly easy to set up. The only problem I had was that the labels were printed about 1cm to the left, which required a small adjustment in the printer settings on my computer side. The printer itself is very small, so it can easily be placed in a small workspace. A couple of times I had a weird issue where the printer suddenly wouldn't print the entire label, but the solution was to just open and close the top again. So it's very easy to fix. I contacted support about this issue one day and they were incredibly helpful and polite. :) It was also easy to get in touch with them via the live chat support on their website. Overall, I am incredibly happy with this printer and the customer support it offers!
