Wakes you up and FABULOUS customer service

Great clock that definitely does what it promises. The buzzer is loud (not extremely but good) but the bed shaker definitely does the trick. Even putting it on the headboard it causes a scene when it goes off. I did have a small issue with my original purchase and worked with the company- they sent a replacement fast and were great to work with. Very happy with this purchase.

Product was no louder than any other alarm clock. Vibration was pretty strong. But if you need the sound as well then don’t waste your money. Screaming Meanies are the loudest alarm clocks I’ve ever used. This was a total is dud. Also there’s a glitch when you set the alarm time before the clock and it takes the clock back to 12:00 and it has to reset. Will def cause over sleeping issues if the clock keeps resetting. Beware
