This seller contacted me after reading my initial review and offered to either replace the defective items or issue a refund. I said if they could send controllers that actually work that would be great - otherwise a return would be acceptable too. They issued a refund straight away lol. I appreciate that they issued the return in a timely manner, but I'm leaving my 4 star rating because I spent a month of gaming ordering controllers, realizing they were faulty, waiting for a refund and getting controllers from order from another company. (Original feedback) We received both controllers from the seller in a timely manner. But after about two hours of play, one of the nunchakus started interfering and then stopped working altogether. There are no obvious physical flaws, but we've tried swapping it between multiple controllers and it still doesn't work. We are awaiting a response from the seller as to whether they will provide a replacement controller.
