UPDATE: It DOES work
By loosening the screw on the cutter head and rotating it so one cutter wheel is perfectly centered on the bottom, it does cut. So the DUH is on me. I misunderstood how the head works. Double duh. Wish that tidbit was on the instruction sheet for us dummies. I've not used it on rough or tough glass yet.FIRST REVIEW: I just got this and am trying to cut a circle. The blade doesn't even touch the glass. The meager instructions do not mention this. If anybody can tell me how to fix this, I will change my review. Until then, this equipment is useless.
