But works fine.

I like the usefulness of this adapter. My only gripe is that it's less thick than the MacBook Pro, so it doesn't rest on the tabletop. So when you plug in a USB-C power cable or an HDMI cable, it pulls out and puts a lot of pressure on the two USB-C connectors that come with the laptop. At some point they fail. I wish it was a bit thicker or with different sized sticky rubber feet for various newer MacBooks. It works very well and doesn't get very hot considering it's powering the laptop.
