I am 5'9, 195lbs and 27 weeks pregnant when I tried this on. I think my breast size is currently a 38D. I purchased a medium.The body material under the breasts is very stretchy and fit very nicely. It was form fitting without being tight.The breast and shoulder material isn't as stretchy, and fit more tightly. When I first put it on, I thought I might not be able pull it on, but I wiggled one boob at a time and fit into it. It fit, but felt more snug. I did end up having to get my husband to help me take it off my arms and boobs.The length was very nice and the material itself seemed sturdy. I have yet to wear it to take formal pictures.
