Below the knee they fit like straight pants, not as a base layer. But kind of tight in the hips, and I have almost no hips to speak of. The material is stretched very weakly, resulting in instant slippage and sticking. The belt is cheap, has almost no stretch, and doesn't support the leggings. However, I decided to make them work under jeans as I desperately need a warm layer and have always been warm in other UA base layers. These are not warm. The brushed fleece inner layer is a thinner version made from the same material as my $15 Walmart leggings. The waffle knit outer layer does nothing but let the wind through. The most disappointing base coat I've ever bought.
