First off, if you admit that no electric razor will shave you as cleanly as a blade, then you can give it a fair assessment of what it is without comparing it to a blade. I gave this razor 4 stars because it's simple, efficient and because it's one of the few that you can use it with while it's plugged in. I don't like leaving my razor plugged in. Caught with an (almost) dead battery - it happens. So the ability to connect and play becomes an important part. It's practical, works well and I can leave the cable at home for short trips with a charged battery. I like it - I don't like it.
