Complete garbage. suitable for creams
I've used a lot of products under my eyes and don't expect miracles. However, it did literally nothing, absolutely nothing. It didn't moisturize, did nothing to minimize the appearance of wrinkles, it did nothing other than sit on the surface of my skin. Please see the photos for the condition it was delivered in, but the item itself was not damaged. Don't waste money.
