Disappointed with linens

I use them for embroidery a lot and never have a problem. However, I had quite a lot with it. The circular pattern on the blanket I bought was very off center :/ This was compounded by a large gray spot on the back of the blanket and a kind of red spot on the front. Luckily I was able to wash them off. I hope it was an accident.
