OM4 will not fold with ring attached

Please note that you cannot fully fold the Osmo Mobile 4 while the ring is attached. This is a major disadvantage for me as I don't want to constantly lose weight and add a ring. The build quality is good and I think the hinge could probably have been designed differently so we could gild it with the attached ring. Great idea, bad design.
