I like how easy it was for our team members (IT) to get up-to-speed with this product because they have used other similar products in the past.

It's not perfect - but we are working through some kinks! We haven't found any major issues so far but there has been lots of little things which need attention from time to time such as minor changes or updates required when using new features/functionalities within certain areas of the system. Having one place where you can keep track of your organization's Data Governance policies and procedures makes life much easier than having multiple documents scattered around your office.
