1. Very poor build quality, the place where the plastic is attached to the metal part - everything goes in a wave, looks and feels disgusting (this is not a problem with my copy, there are a lot of reviews on the Internet with the same problem). 2. The keyboard is quickly discharged (1-2 days and the charge is at zero), and this problem is also common. 3. Left-right arrows stopped working (a few days after purchase). 4. The keyboard constantly loses connection (it is listed as “paired” and does not connect, sometimes it is treated by turning it on / off). 5. Support simply ignores and does not respond, only automatic bounces come that the message is in progress (a couple of weeks have already passed). 6. The wheel, which is the “chip” of this keyboard, does not work. 7. The Easy Switch function (to connect to multiple devices) also doesn't work (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't).
