I have been using the Dermal Cicamide Face Serum for several weeks now. It is a thin and lightweight serum that is clear and mild. It goes on like water but then leaves a barrier on my skin that feels hydrated and replenished. It is described as not being sticky but the after-effects have made my skin feel tacky or sticky in some areas such as my neck. This may be a good choice for someone who is looking for lightweight moisture that does not irritate the skin after beauty treatments such as derma rolling. It works nicely in the evening or under my makeup. It does not clog my pores and appears to be suitable for a variety of skin types as described. It is a little too mild for my preference for long-term use and I prefer to have a stronger formula that produces more visible brightening results as well as longer-lasting hydration.Suggestions for improvement-longer-lasting hydration-a slightly thicker formula-larger bottle-Formula does not feel like it is protective enough. It feels like my skin needs more permeating hydration.
