Mine had no stiffness or support just fluff

Returned - this pillow has no stiffness. I let it fluff naturally and then put it in the dryer for a few minutes. It fluffed a lot in the dryer but didn't harden. I have been using bamboo pillows for many years and love them because I no longer need two pillows and they fit me perfectly. Not this one. It was more like a feather pillow, big and fluffy, with no support (no feather stitches). Disappointed, emailed asking if this was to be expected so I knew I would return for a refund or exchange. The return journey has begun.
