Perfect size, easy to read, easy to understand. The only issue I had was a small gap when trying to reposition it (my fault it wasn't right to begin with). I wouldn't consider it interchangeable or reusable. It should also be noted that it must be placed on the same side of the door from which it is read. We have a glass door, the entrance to our office is outside, and the sign had to be placed on the outside of the door (in elements). Didn't move at all, despite the rain, snow and sub-zero temperatures.
