Nice for the price. Soft smooth fabric. Adjustable. Blocks light well. Speakers are a little bulky, but if you put them in the right place it doesn't matter much. Sound is fine, but adjusting the sound is weird. Your supposed to hold the buttons down to adjust volume and quick press to skip to next track. Should be the other way around.
