Second change: My new palette arrived in perfect condition! Now I can honestly give this palette 5 stars. I was upset that the first one was destroyed. The formula and pigmentation of these eyeshadows are phenomenal! They blend so well and last all day. I use Elf's eyeshadow primer and Nyx's glitter primer (so the glitter helps them stay put) and they all work fantastic! Edit: I contacted the seller about the defective product and he got back to me right away! They send me a new palette. The product arrived in complete garbage. Five shadows were shattered and the mirror within was shattered. I only gave it one star because the subtle colors are still pleasant. I was so looking forward to this palette. I'm a little depressed. I will contact the seller.
