Review on Upgraded Computer Wrist Elbow Pad by Tim Harrington

Revainrating 3 out of 5

never mind good for typing but not good for mouse

used about a month, at least 8 hours a day on keyboard and mouse. All in all I think it's a good product depending on what you're looking for. Advantages: 1. The pillow is soft and easy to clean. no feeling of tightness at all. Resting on a pillow and typing for hours a day is pretty comfortable. the cushion returns to its original shape when not in use; no signs of sagging after prolonged use.2. The bottom is non-slip so it won't move even on a glass tabletop or other smooth surface.3. Its very large size is a great PRO. It's long enough to fit both hands on the keyboard and mouse, and also can support not only the wrist but also my hands. This is one of my main reasons for not having to use two separate elements for the keyboard and mouse. The construction is pretty good so far and still feels like new. So far it will NOT peel or shed like a cheap carpet. Okay, now for the cons: 1. While the thickness is perfect for my "keyboard" hands, it's a little thin for my "mouse" hand. it doesn't provide enough cushioning and support for my carpal tunnel. I tried folding it and pressing down to create extra height but it was still too high for my wrist.2. Size compared to the competition it takes up more space on my desk. I wish it was 25% smaller in length and width so I have more room and can get my keyboard/mouse closer to me. Overall it's a worthwhile purchase and it will provide good support. For those with special needs, it may not work out of the box and may require some tweaking and customization to your environment.

Pros
  • great design
Cons
  • crumpled packaging
