Review on EXTRAUP 1/3HP Submersible Utility Pump - 1320GPH, Portable, Low Suction, Pond & Flood Water Transfer Pump with Cast Aluminium Housing, Removable Plastic Screen, and 25FT Power Cord by Anil Campbell

I used this pump on a new build to pump accumulated rain off a slab that was about an inch and a half deep due to the floor slabs - it worked great using the adapter that came with it and the 5/8 (auto) heater hose I had. I could probably use a store bought vacuum but that would be double the price. It has a die-cast aluminum body that offers just enough weight to remain stable even with the hose coming out the top and soaks up water up to around 2mm as advertised. It's actually relatively quiet here. With a 120v float switch, this would also make a great drain pump.
