To be honest, the strap is too long. I have a medium sized male wrist and there is about 3 inches of extra strap tail between the strap and my wrist. The second problem is that the ends are attached to the watch, this connection is a bit too tight so it's a bit loose. Let's say the connection point in the watch is 20mm wide, then the band is 19.5mm wide. That little gap makes it click back and forth, it's not a very tight fit, it feels a bit cheap. Fit with stainless steel clasp. The material gets dirty easily but is easy to clean. With normal use, wearing, exercising and sweating in it, it looked visibly dirty after a few weeks, but it is easy to remove from the watch and wash. I used some Oxyclean and dish soap, scrubbed it with an old toothbrush, rinsed well and let dry, now it's like new. I think this will be my standard bi-weekly routine from now on. cool, you might not mind a loose fit like me.
