I bought my Spotbot last February and it works great and does what it says on the tin! However, I read all the reviews complaining about clean tank leaks. And today I used it and all the cleaning solution actually spilled onto the carpet, not through the brush! Since the Troubleshooting section didn't have any helpful tips and all the comments indicated that the support team didn't offer any help, I decided to solve the problem myself. After removing both tanks, I unscrewed 4 screws from the exposed surface. Inside, I noticed a small hose coming out of the hole where the cleaning solution tank enters the machine. The other end was not attached to anything! BUT - I noticed a small rubber hose/seal that looked like a piece that looked like the end of the hose would go in! So I pushed the end of the hose in firmly and put everything back together and IT WORKS! No leaks! So if you are resourceful and have a screwdriver, you can solve the problem yourself! I don't know what is causing this pipe to fall out and you must be careful not to cause a leak lest there be a mess. But it's pretty easy to fix!
