As someone who walks several kilometers in the early evening, I have a growing concern about being "seen" by speeding cars with distracted drivers. My previous reflector was smaller and I often had to turn around so drivers could see it. I am very happy with the Flectson belt and find it does its job very effectively. It's much easier for drivers to see me in the evenings when I'm buckled up. Another reviewer noted that putting on the vest was uncomfortable. While I agree with this reviewer, it's worth the extra effort to feel confident walking. Also, I hope that the next generation of these vests will have a real waistband that opens and closes and adjusts to different waist sizes. While the vest fits me, it's very comfortable for those who are overweight or need to carry an extra jacket to keep warm.
