Based on my experience, this swaddle blanket is the softest I have come across! The material is gentle on my baby's delicate skin, making nap time even more comfortable. The large size makes it perfect for swaddling newborns and can also double as a nursing COVER. The only downside is that the material may shrink slightly after washing, so I recommend washing it on a delicate cycle with cool water..
