The ability for my employees, who are out sick every day during different times throughout each week (due to personal matters) can still receive updates from customers via email/SMS messages if there's an issue that needs resolving or answering by our website! This has been great - no more phone calls at 4pm asking us what we're up too etc so I also don't need someone constantly checking it when they know this will have happened already :) The ease at which it can be implemented, no hassle after purchasing - great documentation available for free! I do not have any dislike about this product so far but i would like more features included than what they provide right now (ease of use). We are using offsitesstatus as an auto-responder service that responds automatically when our website goes down or experiences issues causing us lose revenue/customers confidence.
