Arrived torn through the box - there was some attempt to box these properly but the weight meant that it was inevitable that the box would get tossed around. Need to package with some more foam/paper/anything else besides just the cardboard.No hardware - it is all put together with weight and slip on pieces. Took about two minutes to set up and feels a little wobbly, but holds the weight of six tires and wheels just fine. Only been a few weeks so we shall see how durable this is. Not expecting a lot of the price, but I'm sure it'll be good enough.
