I was looking for a pair of casual office shoes that would look decent, be comfortable and last more than a few months and this shoe ticks the box. They're not $300 Italian-made leather, but they weren't worth $300 back then either, and they don't require maintenance to keep them from falling apart. They fit well, are comfortable, offer good arch support and the rubber outsoles stand up to any impact without collapsing right in front of your eyes.
