I bought this set of 3 specifically for a trip to Italy and Switzerland. My husband and I travel lightly, each carrying a backpack. I wanted a way to keep everything secure and together. These fit the bill. I had no problems setting the new combination on the first two locks, following the simple included directions. Lock number three had some issues, and I couldn't set my new combination. After contacting the company, they gave me a partial refund. Great product, excellend customer service
