I like how easy it is to log in and see alerts for my entire network all at once. I wish there was an easier way to copy/paste a report that includes more detail, so you can easily print it out and use it as a reference guide or send to your IT team if needed. Not sure if this is still available but also liked being able to link specific devices and users to have visibility of access attempts. Maybe this isn't possible anymore since they've been acquired by Cisco? Also, maybe they don't support this anymore now that they are part of Cisco? They used to offer a nice web-based console where you could do things like click on a website URL and get access details so you could block malware from getting to those sites. It's not something you'll ever run into again once they're gone! The only thing I miss most are the alerts that you were able to configure in different levels when you created your account. If they are no longer around, what other options are there to block certain sites and email addresses. Keeping our organization's computers safe without having to install software, or creating multiple profiles for each user. I like that it gives me full control of my accounts in one place. It does not have a great customer support. I contacted them once and never heard back from them again. We need more tools and better support for customers who are using this software. A lot of our customers don't want to deal with having several email accounts, or they dislike managing passwords. This product helps us solve those problems.
