Sticky, viscous mass that did not remove coarse hair, only my skin. I've been removing facial hair (caused by PCOS) for 15 years and loved Poetic Wax until they changed their formula. Then I realized that Gigi (hard waxes) and similar products work perfectly for a lot less money. I prefer hard waxes, which I learned from using this mush.
