Review on Manfrotto Compact Extreme Monopod Pole by Andre Young

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good 2-in-1 monopod

I felt like I had to go through this again to include some photos (the only Revain stock photo doesn't show much). But it's a decent 2-in-1 camera monopod/pole. But it's not as durable as I thought as it's a professional model and Manfrotto. The head that comes with it is almost junk. The knurled screw wobbles and makes noises. Bad when trying to record a video. I will be replacing my head soon. Therefore, I find the monopod a bit overpriced at $41. There may be some other brands out there that offer the same or better quality at a lower price. If I could have felt the monopod in my hand before buying it, I might have further bought another one. I'll keep it to myself, it's still good quality just not at the level I've come to expect from Manfrotto.
