We ordered a humidifier for the newborn room. The device stopped working after a few months. It wouldn't turn on and didn't indicate it was even working. The support team was very quick to respond and sent us a new humidifier by the end of the week. To be honest, the replacement seems to work even better than the original! I definitely recommend this product as the customer service has been very responsive. Even if it's a bit difficult to clean.
