Sounds great on condenser mics

I work with a big screen and closed laptop - this mic sounds great as it looks. Another reviewer mentioned that the control buttons and indicators are oddly placed on the back of the device. I rarely touch them so it's not a problem for me, but it's a little odd since one of the buttons is a mute button and I would definitely use it more often if I could make it easy.
