I like that we can schedule meetings online, add guests/attendees with ease, have access calendars of others in our organization (customer). It's been awhile since i've used it but when someone was having issues scheduling they would just say "go talk live" which wasn't very helpful at all! The lack of customer support is annoying as well - especially because you're paying $12 per month so there should be some sort of guarantee or something right? We use this primarily during business hours while customers are around so not much time passes between them using it vs us being able to see what other people were doing via google calendar etc..
