UPDATE I have been using this topper for almost a year. Still fell in, forcibly tossed back and forth. After all, I just got used to it and will still choose a gel-based gel for the next purchase. Arrived well packaged, tightly wrapped in plastic, in a large thin drawstring tote bag made to look like recycled grocery bag material. Could be reusable. There was a company postcard on top of the large bag and a small gift of 3 small blank cards, well-made and cute, such as: B. "Thank you" and "Hello" on the front. As expected, the pad smelled slightly chemically. After approx. 14 hours loosened and aired almost imperceptibly. Does a serving of green tea perhaps have a slight, pleasant aroma? Maybe I'm imagining it. Between the yellow and corners are peeling green layers from the box. Also, there is what looks like most shape/size iron that has been cut from the green layer near the center of the pad. Lying on the lining is initially very comfortable. After a few minutes, gravity takes over and I sink deep into the middle of my full-size bed. I feel like I will toss and turn and should have gone for a gel based pillow for soft yet firm support. If there was equal weight on both sides of the bed, maybe it would feel less like a cradle and feel more supportive? Resistance/Durability B-. Appearance S. B support.
