Review on NACIFIC Fresh HERB Origin Toner: Unleash Natural Freshness for Glowing Skin by Rachel Flores

I read that this product is great for oily skin. In the summer, the skin is terribly oily. I have noticed that while the cleanser is very gentle, this toner makes my skin very oily at the end of the day. However, when I use a harsher cleanser, my face feels less greasy throughout the day. Also, this product is very sticky after application. Tried waiting longer before applying face lotion but it's still sticky. After applying a moisturizer, my face is no longer sticky; that's a plus. In general, I'm here to say that the effectiveness of this toner depends on your detergent.
