Pro: Nice bag. Spacious interior with many compartments, including a laptop. Like the color. Cons: Faux leather shoulder strap. If you look at the perforations on the straps you can see the fibers and padding. Would give 5 stars but don't like misdescriptions of all leathers. It really should include handles and straps. You have already had experience with claims (of other manufacturers) on all types of leather. I will never buy this brand again. Handles fell off within a year. 😤
