I have tried several different SI straps for patients with sacroiliac joint instability causing back pain and this one has been effective. It's minimally intrusive and has a non-slip design, which is important as it needs to stay in place to function. The elastic part is strong enough to hold the SI in place, supported by second elastic bands to adjust the tightness. It needs to be worn all day every day for several weeks to "glue" the SI in place, and is comfortable enough to do so. Great overall design, comfort and durability.
