I've used NEXTO as an outsourced vendor of cloud infrastructure, hosting servers & support to my clients with some success over last few years (2). Customer service is good but not great - they have occasional outages which can be frustrating when you are in need of their work done immediately! Their pricing structure was also very confusing at times compared to other providers we had worked with previously so there were many discussions around what would fit best within our budget constraints. We got away from using them because it became too complex managing multiple accounts across several different vendors. It's been difficult moving off this platform due to specific requirements that only they could provide us with such complexity wasn't achievable elsewhere without paying through the nose. Support tickets went unanswered or took days before answers where received and often incorrect solutions provided by staff who didn’t understand.
