WoW! What a beautiful looking product. But WoW! What an absolutely impossible set of directions. No descriptions. Not one word. Just drawn images that are vague and illegible. Assembling things is usually a cinch for me. This is downright insulting. No assembly videos online that I can find. Too bad that TOG Fit doesn't take the time to give actual clear photos in their instruction guide. This is a costly purchase. Why skimp on something as important as assembly? Thumbs down on ease of assembly, ebay buyers. Was an ordeal. TOG Fit needs to create an assembly video. VERY IMPORTANT. I'll give it a D- on the Customer Care Scale.Once I got the Roadster assembled it was smooth sailing. The canvas & zippers are of great quality, netting strong. Steering is *super* luxe - turning is a breeze with the front wheel. Back wheels design is such a that the entire ride for my pup is super smooth; not at all bumpy. Lots of support under bed which is really important, as my dog could stand solidy and not sway. Cushion isn't the softest in the world, but I added another and that did the trick for the cozy factor. Grip bar very comfortable and easy to use and foot lock well thought out and secure. All in all an A+ on the performance scale.
