I liked everything about this product: the zipper in addition to the Velcro, the solid construction and the price. Since I spend a lot of time on the road and make a little phone calls, I chose this model. But this case is not for everyone. Taking the phone out is a little clumsy and time-consuming, and the case makes a big bulge on the belt. If you're a city dweller content with a sleek little flip phone, look elsewhere. Like the case, my phone is made in a rugged military style, and if it takes extra effort to remove, I don't mind as long as the case stays closed the rest of the time. I don't care about the bump. If you need something that protects your phone and stays closed in harsh environments, then consider this product: it's the best I could find for the purpose. I gave it five stars because it lived up to its claimed "strong and durable chassis".
